(Top) Coronal reformatted CT urogram (CTU) shows a normal, well-opacified pelvicalyceal system <strong>and</strong> proximal mid segments of the<br />

ureters. (Middle) Axial CTU through the pelvis shows an optimally distended urinary bladder with a uniform thin bladder wall <strong>and</strong> no<br />

intraluminal filling defect. Notice layering hyperdense excreted contrast with poorly opacified nondependent urine. (Bottom) Coronal<br />

reformatted CTU through the pelvis shows a well-distended <strong>and</strong> optimally opacified normal urinary bladder. Note the mildly enlarged<br />

prostate gl<strong>and</strong> slightly indenting the bladder base.<br />
