Epididymal Cyst
Acute Hematocele

often incidentally detected or
may be palpable as a painless

shows an avascular, complex,
extratesticular fluid collection
in a man who recently had
a vasectomy. The hematoma
resolved on follow-up studies.
Tunica Albuginea Cyst
Epididymal or Scrotal Wall Abscess

appearance of a tunica

Complex cystic collection
within the epididymis is
compatible with abscess in
this patient with a history of
