Due to habit, mix
» Warm, bright growing conditions are optimal. Where early Spring
conditions do not allow production under these parameters consider
growing Lantana for late Spring to Summer sales. Cold and wet
growing conditions can double the crop time. For best results, Northern
growers may want to order first shipments in mid-Spring when
temperatures and light levels rise.
» Treat with preventative broad spectrum fungicidal drench at 1-2 weeks
after transplant.
» Scout crops regularly (at least once a week) for disease and insect
development.
» Good water management practices are critical to healthy plant growth.
