Essential Oil<br />

Frankincense is known as <strong>the</strong> "King of Oils" and for good<br />

reason. Frankincense is one of <strong>the</strong> few oils that has <strong>the</strong><br />

ability to cross <strong>the</strong> blood-brain barrier. Sourced from<br />

Somalia, Frankincense can be used aromatically, topically<br />

and internally<br />

Ways to use Frankincense<br />

1. Add 1-2 drops under <strong>the</strong> tongue daily to help support <strong>the</strong> central<br />

nervous system and to help <strong>with</strong> anxious feelings<br />

2. Diffuse 3-5 drops Frankincense <strong>with</strong> 3-5 drops Wild Orange to change<br />

and uplift your mood<br />

3. Combine <strong>with</strong> Lavender in a diffuser to help calm anxious feelings and<br />

relieve tension. You could also apply topically to back of neck, wrists<br />

5. Take in a Veggie capsule to help support healthy cells in your body<br />

6. Add to your moisturiser to help promote youthful, radiant looking skin<br />

7. Apply to <strong>the</strong> soles of <strong>the</strong> feet and up and down <strong>the</strong> spine to calm <strong>the</strong><br />

nervous system<br />

8. Apply to scars and stretch marks to reduce <strong>the</strong>ir appearance<br />

9. Add a few drops of Frankincense to your hand and body lotion to<br />

la<strong>the</strong>r your body to nourish your skin<br />

10. Apply a couple of drops to your temples and to <strong>the</strong> back of your neck<br />

to help improve your concentration.
