Conversions
· Students converting from Boarding to Day-boarding will not be allowed in between the
session. Students converting from Boarding to Day- boarding in the middle of the
session shall have to pay boarding fee for the full session as the seat is occupied for the
child. Transport fees will be charged as applicable if availing transport facility.
· If the students shift from Day Boarding to Boarding in the middle of the semester, they
shall have to pay full boarding fees (Resident / Personal Account) and separate amount of
Food & Enrichment fee will be applicable. No refund will be applicable of transport fee,
if availing transport facility by day-boarder.
Withdrawals / Refunds
· Students wishing to withdraw should give at least one semester's notice. (Apr-Sep/Oct-
Mar)
· In case of Withdrawal, fees pertaining to the semester falling in the notice period shall
be payable by the student.
· All refunds if any on special approval by Chairperson will be paid after obtaining
clearance certificate and after 1 month from the last day of the student at the school.
· In case of withdrawal on medical grounds in any semester, subjected to the submission
of original medical documents, then further approved by the management, the school
will thereof be liable to refund balance amount after deducting 3 months fees of
particular semester. Enrichment fees will not be refundable.
· All refund transaction should be in the form of D.D. / Cheque only.
