Late Payment & Payment Plan
· A late payment charge will be applied to the students who have not paid the fees in time,
if the fee is not received after the payment deadline, a sum of `100/- per day will be
charged for subsequent 15 days.
· If the fee is still not received after 15 days of the payment deadline, a sum of `500/- per
day will be charged for subsequent 15 days.
· Students whose fees remain unpaid in full/part after the one month of due date; will not
be allowed to sit for the board examinations. Until the outstanding fee is received, no
internal examination results, reports, Transfer Certificates or recommendations to future
schools/colleges will be issued to the student or the parent.
· If the fee is not paid even after 3 fortnightly reminders, by the school authorities the
student's name shall be struck off from the school's records and if the same student wants
to re-join the school then they have to follow the normal admission process again.
Dishonoring of cheque
· A charge of `500/- will be levied for any dishonored cheque, in addition to any
applicable late fees. The amount must be remitted within two working days as the matter
may be handed over to the legal department.
· All bank charges pertaining to inward remittance of school fee, if any, will be borne by
the student.
Mid Term Admissions
Student enrolling after the commencement of semester needs to pay for the entire
semester & if availing transport facility, then they have to pay on pro-rata basis (Full
Month).
