7. To avail the library resources each class is allotted one library period in a week.
8. Books related to any subject matter can be issued from the library for not more
than one week.
9. In case of heavy demand of certain books the preference will be given on first cum
first serve basis.
10. Student/Staff must satisfy about the physical condition of the books before
borrowing otherwise they will be held responsible for any damage later or at the time
of return.
11. Student/Staff is expected to return borrowed books on or before the due date.
Borrowers will be asked to pay at the rates fixed by the library for or
12. replace the book lost or returned in damaged or mutilated condition.
13. Library reserves the right to recall any issued book even before the due date.
14. The Librarian reserves the rights to take in disciplinary action against the student
found misbehaving with the library staff or any unwanted behaviour.
15. Student should frequently check their online record by using aCloud User ID and
Password to know the status of Issue / Return. 16. Computer in the library premises
should be used for academic purposes only. 17. Parents can avail the facility of online
advance booking of library books by using their aCloud ID & Password.
To encourage the transfer of knowledge through books there are 3 well
equipped libraries in the campus. One in Pre-primary, second is in the
Primary section and third is in the Higher section.
Beauty & Health Care Centre
The School clinic is manned by a qualified doctor, and a nurse all through the school
hours to provide immediate first aid. Periodical medical checkups of all the students
are done and records are maintained. Any major observation is communicated to the
parents. Dental check up is also regularly done. To check the general hygiene of the
child, smart turn out sheets are maintained regularly.
