for GDGIS Students<br />
5. Two Pre-boards are conducted for Class X & XII.<br />
6. Exam time table and syllabus is given a month before the schedule.<br />
7. Every child must be present for the scheduled exams otherwise he/she treated as<br />
Absent and may lose marks of that particular subject.<br />
8. Genuine cases like medical, near ones marriage, things may be considered but that<br />
also on the sole discretion of the Principal.<br />
9. For such above cases, Medical certificates, Invitation Cards, Travelling Proof must<br />
be presented.<br />
10. Re-Exam will not be there till class VIII<br />
11. Before the 1st Term and the 2nd Term starts all the fees should be cleared.<br />
12. Report cards of students who have outstanding amount and book issued from<br />
library will be withheld.<br />
Dress Code for GDGIS Students<br />
1. Dress code must be maintained aesthetically.<br />
2. Student dressed inappropriately will be sent home.<br />
3. Identity card must be worn at all times.<br />
4. The prescribed uniform given from the school should only be worn.<br />
5. During winters, children should wear the red blazer given by the school.<br />
6. The uniform should be worn correctly. Unbuttoned collars, loosened ties or dirty<br />
shoes portray the child in a bad light. Personal grooming and neatness should be<br />
looked after with lot of attention.<br />
7. Not a single student is allowed to wear any kind of ornament except the small ear<br />
studs for girls and watches for all from classes VI to XII.<br />
8. Parents are requested to look into this matter seriously. Only on birthdays children<br />
can wear a party dress.<br />
9. Hairstyles must be neat, clean and well groomed. Boys are not allowed to grow<br />
their hair long.<br />
10. Students should strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the school otherwise<br />
disciplinary actions might be taken.<br />
