Guidelines for GDGIS Students & Parents for usage of website
11. We have framed PSA, Food & Hostel Committees with the involvement of parents.
You can see these committees from Parent's Zone menu on menu bar.
12. We got succeeded in making it “Feeling at Home” for our Boarders by providing
them services meeting international standards. You can see information about Boarding
Facilities from Boarders Options under Admission menu on menu bar.
13. Keeping track of a child's Academic Progress in these hectic scheduled days is a big
challenge for parents. We have acloud.in – Academic Progress Report System which will
allow you to have an eye on your child's academic progress sitting home and on phone.
You can access it by entering providing Username and Password onto www.acloud.in.
You can see it in Parent's Zone menu on menu bar.
Education Data Bank Guidelines
for GDGIS Students
1. This is one of the key features of GDGIS, as it is the only school that provides this
facility.
2. Education bank is bank of Knowledge, where all the kinds of study materials are
available to the students in their I iPads at just one click.
3. The school has an internal server, which is activated 24 hours, and the main system in
the knowledge center is linked with each and every iPad in the campus. So that not only
the students can access the contents but also the teachers can monitor the contents and
upgrade it timely.
4. The teachers also upload the chapter wise worksheets, videos, notes, PPTs and answer
keys after every major exam in the education bank.
5. Teachers are providing all the education related material for all the subjects on daily
basis.
6. Education bank related videos links are provided by the teachers to iPad Instructor for
downloading.
7. The links for the video are provided by notepad, excel, word and mail format.
8. Education related video links which is provided by teacher will be downloaded with in
2 or 3 days.
