Rules For Notebook Ethics
1. Name, Class, Section, must be clearly written.
2. Index must be maintained with proper date, page number and topic with the teacher's
signature.
3. Date and Home work and Class work must be written for every assignment.
4. Spellings and the whole assignment should be checked by the teacher very
meticulously.
5. If the work is incomplete it should be mentioned what is incomplete.
6. Please check that the corrections are done and the incomplete work also.
7. Std V-XII should only use blue ink.
Rules and Guidelines for Badge Distribution
for GDGIS Students
1. Badges are awarded according to the points gained in different categories:
Mentioned in Discipline log book’s consolidated sheet. (Primary, Middle, Higher and
On the basis of observation. (Pre Primary)
These points are given by class teachers and the House Parents. The highest scorer gets
the badge. ( Primary, Middle , Higher & Hostel)
2. Annual badges are to be given in the month of April of the next academic year.

3. On 29 every month the badges will be collected back by the teachers in the class.
4. List of students will be prepared by the class teachers and House parents by 25" every
month for the next month distribution.
5. If the badge is lost by the student, class teacher will collect Rs. 100 from the students,
and submit the amount to the Badges Single Head. The amount collected will be
submitted to Purchase Department.
6. Broken badges are collected and given for repairing to Purchase department by the
Badges Single Head.
7. Soft copy of this record one in each block has to be maintained by the Section
Coordinators and consolidated of all sections by the Badges Single Head
8. Data will be compiled of all section and the same will be updated in Hyperlink every
month by the Badges Single Head.
9. Students can wear the Annual badges through out the next academic year and the
badges will not be collected back.
