Rules for Late Comers Students<br />

1. A child must enter the school by 07:45 am on weekdays; grace of 10 minutes can be<br />

given.<br />

2. Entry will not be entertained after 08:00 am for classes I – X and 08:00 am for classes<br />

XI – XII if the child has repeatedly come late twice in a month.<br />

3. Children coming late twice in one month will be sent back home and parents will be<br />

informed by the Front desk.<br />

4. In case of Board Students class (X & XII), decision of Vice Principal/ Principal should<br />

be taken into account for their entry in school<br />

5. In case of school transport or private transport breakdown, cases can be considered.<br />

6. Grace of 10 minutes is given if the private transport of child has not come at the<br />

stipulated time to pick up the child. In case of any accidents, things will be considered<br />

according to the case<br />

Rules and Regulations for Individual Cabinets<br />

for GDGIS Students<br />

1. According to Roll number one key will be provided to individual student for which<br />

he/she will be liable.<br />

2. Cabinets must be kept properly and any damage to the cabinet due to negligence will<br />

be borne by the students. (a) Any replacement of Soft Close Hinges set – Rs 700/- (b) In<br />

case of loss of Key – Rs 250/- ; damage of lock: Rs 500/- © Replacement of Front shutter<br />

with Hinges, Lock and Handle – Rs 1400/- (d) Replacement of Handle – Rs 350/-<br />

3. During departure all the books should be kept in the cabinet, any book or stationery<br />

lying here and there will be the responsibility of the child.<br />

4. No stickers or other things should be stuck up on the cabinet door or inside it.<br />

5. The key must be handed over to the class teacher before going for vacations or to the<br />

next class at the end of the academic year or during withdrawal from school.<br />

6. No food items or chocolates must be kept in the cabinet, if found then the key of the<br />

cabinet belonging to that child will be confiscated.<br />

7. Very costly items should never be kept in the cabinet because if they get lost, school is<br />

not liable.<br />
