Die dritte Auflage des Andermatt Swiss Alps<br />
Classics findet vom 27. bis 30. Juni <strong>2019</strong> statt<br />
und steht unter dem Motto «Komponistenfestival».<br />
Dazu erläutert der künstlerische<br />
Leiter, Prof. Dr. Clemens Hellsberg: «Bei diesem<br />
Festival werden nicht nur stilistisch äusserst<br />
unterschiedliche Komponisten mit je ein bis<br />
zwei Werken im Programm vertreten sein,<br />
sondern auch selber spielen, also als ausübende<br />
Musiker zu erleben sein.»<br />
Die neue Andermatt Konzerthalle bietet den<br />
optimalen Rahmen für die Auftritte des<br />
Ensembles «Trilogy» gemeinsam mit Maria und<br />
Fränggi Gehrig am Freitag, 28. Juni <strong>2019</strong>, sowie<br />
für den mit dem Robert-Schumann-Preis 2018<br />
geehrten Klarinettisten Jörg Widmann, der<br />
gemeinsam mit der Sopranistin Marisol<br />
Montalvo und dem Swiss Alps Chamber Ensemble<br />
am Samstag, 29. Juni <strong>2019</strong>, brillieren wird.<br />
The Andermatt Swiss Alps Classics will take<br />
place for the third time from 27 to 30 June <strong>2019</strong>,<br />
taking the theme “Festival of Composers”. Artistic<br />
director Professor Clemens Hellsberg explains:<br />
“This festival will not simply feature composers<br />
with extremely varied styles, each with one or<br />
two works in the programme, but the composers<br />
will take to the stage themselves, allowing<br />
the audience to experience them as practising<br />
musicians.”<br />

The new Andermatt Concert Hall offers the<br />
ideal setting for performances by the ensemble<br />
“Trilogy” together with Maria and Fränggi Gehrig<br />
on Friday, 28 June <strong>2019</strong>. It will also play host to<br />
clarinettist Jörg Widmann, winner of the 2018<br />
Robert Schumann Prize, who will join soprano<br />
Marisol Montalvo and the Swiss Alps Chamber<br />
Ensemble to dazzle the audience on Saturday, 29<br />
