Dall’Aprile 2008 (norma EN ISO 20345:2007:A1) le
scarpe di sicurezza, per poter essere certificate,
devono avere una resistenza allo scivolamento
almeno pari ai valori minimi riportati nella tabella.
La prova effettuata dall’ente certificatore consiste
nell’appoggiare la scarpa su un piano di riferimento
(ceramica con soluzione detergente per SRA o acciaio
con glicerina per SRB) applicando alla stessa un
carico (40 kg. per taglie fino a 42 – 50 Kg da taglia 43)
facendo scorrere il piano mantenendo ferma la scarpa.
Il numero ottenuto rappresenta il coefficiente di attrito
cioè la resistenza allo scivolamento. La prova viene
ripetuta per valutare la resistenza sul tacco inclinando
la calzatura di 7°.
As of April 2008 (in compliance with UNI EN ISO
20345:2007:A1) the level of slip resistance on safety
work shoes must be at least equal to the minimum
values indicated in the table.
The test performed by the Certification Body consists
in placing the shoe on a reference surface (ceramic
with detergent solution for SRA or steel with glycerine
for SRB) and applying a load (40 kg. for sizes up to
42 - %0 Kg for sizes from 43 upwards), moving the
test surface while holding the shoe still. The number
obtained represents the friction coefficient, i.e. the
level of slip resistance. The test is repeated to assess
the resistance on the heel by tilting the shoe by 7
degrees
La Norme 20345:2011 a établi un nouveau point de
référence pour les chaussures de sécurité. Les essais
prévus par cette norme sont en général plus sélectifs
que pour les versions précédentes : il y a par exemple les
essais spécifiques qui concernent les prestations de la
semelle anti-perforation en métal ou matière synthétique.
Tandis que par le passé, si la chaussure était produite sans
subir de modifications par rapport à la certification en cours,
il n’était pas nécessaire de refaire la certification selon la
dernière réglementation (donc des chaussures certifiées
avec la Norme EN 345 pouvaient être produites et vendues
même lorsque la norme de référence était la Norme CE EN
20345:2007), à partir du 1er juin 2013, toutes les nouvelles
productions doivent en revanche se conformer à la norme
CE EN ISO 20345:2011. Il est encore possible de vendre des
chaussures produites selon des normes précédentes (EN
345, CE EN ISO 20345:2007) si elles sont produites avant
le 1er juin 2013
