Professional construction

This project is a reaction
toward the rapid transformation
and urbanization that
Corniche El Naher is exposed
to during the last years where
it is occupied by many construction
sites. The project is a
series of steel columns raising
a gymnastic center up from
the ground floor to maximize
pedestrian flow which the
region lacks at the same time
increase the interactivity with
the gymnastic center.

As a reaction of all scaffoldings

the area and from the
main element of gymnastics,
the site was first
introduced to plenty of
steel elements.
Gymnastic Base program
shaped the different
volumes
Programs were lifted
and the ground was liberated
to provide floating
effect and to in-crease
public flow at the ground
level.
