Mogi das Cruzes hosts important companies.
A municipality with significant numbers. This is
Mogi das Cruzes: sixth place in the state ranking of
quantity of companies, according to Empresômetro and
Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of R$ 13.4 billion -
being the 62nd GDP in the national ranking and the
18th GDP in the State of São Paulo. In a little over a
year, the municipality presented a 10% growth in new
companies and has the third best incentive program for
small entrepreneurs in the State of São Paulo.
For these reasons, the city is prepared to establish
itself with one of the largest development centers in
the country, creating a favorable environment for
entrepreneurs with programs to reduce bureaucracy and
support for innovation, such as the Mogi das Cruzes
Digital Pole.
The city is a few kilometers from the main commercial,
economic and transport centers of Brazil. It is 30 km to
