The property in the goods shall only pass when full payment for all outstanding amounts and future debt-amounts has been received for
all goods supplied and until property shall have passed, the Company (Seller) shall in the event that the Customer/Purchaser shall either
default in making payment upon the due date or shall enter into receivership or liquidation be entitled to enter the property of the
Customer/Purchaser in order to recover possession of the goods.
