Schwere Stahlblechgehäuse mit Plattenbefestigung. Gabelkopf mit zweifachem Kugelkranz<br />
und mit gehärteten Lagerschalen. Die gefetteten Kugelbahnen sind mit Dichtringen<br />
gegen das Eindringen von Schmutz und Staub geschützt sind. Die Grundplatte wird fest<br />
mit dem Gabelteil verschraubt und gesichert, dabei achten wir auf geringes Spiel im<br />
Gabelkopf bei möglichst hoher Leichtgängigkeit.<br />
Räder der Serie RE bestehen aus einer einteiligen Aluminiumfelge, auf die ein harter<br />
Polyurethanreifen, Wicke - Rockthane® 96 Shore A, aufgegossen wird. Der mit einem<br />
speziellen Haftvermittler mit der Felge verbundene Rockthane® Reifen ist abriebfest, hat<br />
geringe Roll- und Anfahrwiderstände, gute Traktionseigenschaften und fährt geräuscharm.<br />
Der Reifen ist schnittfest mit sehr guten Werten in Reißfestigkeit und Weiterreißfestigkeit.<br />
Die Räder sind standardmäßig mit Rillenkugellagern ausgestattet.<br />
Heavy steel swivel forks with top plate. In the swivel head, there is a hardened and sealed<br />
double ball race with greased ball race channels and sealing as a protection against dust and<br />
dirt. The top plate with four bolt holes is directly bolted to the yoke and secured to ensure<br />
smooth movement with minimal tolerances in the swivel head.<br />
Wheels of the serie RE are made of a one-piece aluminum die cast <strong>wheel</strong> centre with a<br />
vulcanized hard polyurethane Wicke - Rockthane® 96 Shore A tyre. The Rockthane® tyre is<br />
bonded to the <strong>wheel</strong> centre with a special bonding agent. The tyre is abrasion resistant with<br />
low starting and rolling resistance, good traction features and is quiet running. The tyre is cut<br />
proof and has good tear strength. The <strong>wheel</strong>s are with ball bearings.<br />
Les chapes avec platine de la série LG sont produites en tôle d’acier renforcé emboutie et<br />
zinguée après. Dans la tête de pivotement, il y a une doublée rangée de billes renforcées avec<br />
des rangée de billes graissées et joint comme protection contre saleté et poussière. La platine<br />
avec quatre trous de fixation est boulonnée directement avec la chape pour assurer une<br />
manœuvrabilité et robustesse.<br />
Les roues de la série RE sont produites d’une jante en monobloc aluminium moulé sous<br />
pression avec un bandage vulcanisé en Polyuréthane souple Wicke - Rockthane® 96 Shore<br />
A . Le bandage Rockthane® est adhérisé avec la jante par un adhésif spécial. Le bandage est<br />
resistant à l’abrasion avec très faibles résistances au démarrage et au roulement, bonnes<br />
propriétés de traction et un tres bon roulage. Le bandage est ferme avec une bonne résistance<br />
à la déchirure. Les roues sont équipées avec des roulements à billes.<br />
