Lenkgabeln mit Plattenbefestigung der Serie LLAK sind Stahlschweißkonstruktionen in<br />
schwerer Ausführung. Der Drehkranz im Gabelkopf ist mit einem Axialrillenkugellager<br />
(DIN 711/ISO 104) und Kegelrollenlager (DIN 720/ISO 355) zweifach gelagert. Die Lager<br />
sind zwar lebensdauergeschmiert, können aber zusätzlich noch über einen Schmiernippel<br />
bei Bedarf nachgeschmiert werden. Gabelteil und Gabelkopf sind mit einem<br />
sehr robusten Mittelbolzen verschraubt und durch Vernietung gesichert, die Gabel ist<br />
gelbchromatiert.<br />
Räder der Serie PG bestehen aus einer Gussfelge aus hochwertigem Grauguss auf die ein<br />
Polyurethanreifen, Wicke - Topthane® 92 Shore A, aufgegossen wird. Der mit einem<br />
speziellen Haftvermittler mit der Felge verbundene Topthane® Reifen ist abriebfest, hat<br />
geringe Roll- und Anfahrwiderstände. Der Reifen ist schnittfest mit sehr guten Werten in<br />
Reißfestigkeit und Weiterreißfestigkeit. Die Räder sind mit Rillenkugellagern ausgestattet.<br />
Swivel forks with LLAK series top plate are made in heavy duty welded steel construction.<br />
The swivel head is equipped with a precision axial ball bearing (DIN 711/ISO 104) and a<br />
tapered roller bearing (DIN 720/ISO 355). Although the bearings are greased for life, they can<br />
be additionally greased with the grease nipple. The swivel head and the yoke are bolted and<br />
secured by a cross-linking, the swivel fork is yellow chromatised.<br />
Wheels of the serie PG are made of a cast iron <strong>wheel</strong> centre with a vulcanised polyurethane<br />
Wicke - Topthane® 92 Shore A tyre. The Topthane® tyre is bonded to the <strong>wheel</strong> centre with<br />
a special bonding agent. The tyre is abrasion resistant with low starting and rolling resistance.<br />
The tyre is cut proof and has good tear strength. The <strong>wheel</strong>s are with ball bearings.<br />
Les chapes avec platine de la série LLAK sont produites en acier mécano soudé charges<br />
lourdes. Dans la tête de pivotement, il y a un roulement à billes axial et un roulement à<br />
rouleaux conique. Même si les roulements sont déjà graissés à vie ils peuvent aussi être<br />
graissés avec un graisseur. La tête de pivotement et la chape sont boulonnées et sécurisées<br />
par un point de soudure, la chape est jaune chromatée.<br />
Les roues de la série PG sont produites avec jante en fonte avec un bandage vulcanisé en<br />
Polyurethane Wicke - Tophane® 92 Shore A . Le bandage Topthane® est adhérisé avec la<br />
jante par un adhésif spécial. Le bandage est résistant à l’abrasion avec faibles résistances au<br />
démarrage et au roulement. Le bandage est ferme avec une bonne résistance à la déchirure.<br />
Les roues sont équipées avec des roulements à billes.<br />
