Lenkgabeln mit Plattenbefestigung der Serie LLAK sind robuste Stahlschweißkonstruktionen.<br />
Der Drehkranz im Gabelkopf ist mit einem Axialrillenkugellager (DIN 711/ISO 104)<br />
und Kegelrollenlager (DIN 720/ISO 355) zweifach gelagert. Die Lager sind zwar lebensdauergeschmiert,<br />
können aber zusätzlich noch über einen Schmiernippel bei Bedarf nachgeschmiert<br />
werden. Gabelteil und Gabelkopf sind mit einem sehr robusten Mittelbolzen<br />
verschraubt und durch Vernietung gesichert, die Gabel ist gelbchromatiert.<br />
Räder der Serie PE bestehen aus einer einteiligen Aluminium-Druckgrussfelge auf die ein<br />
Polyurethanreifen, Wicke - Topthane® 92 Shore A, aufgegossen wird. Der mit einem<br />
speziellen Haftvermittler mit der Felge verbundene Topthane® Reifen ist abriebfest, hat<br />
geringe Roll- und Anfahrwiderstände. Der Reifen ist schnittfest mit sehr guten Werten in<br />
Reißfestigkeit und Weiterreißfestigkeit. Die Räder sind mit Rillenkugellagern ausgestattet.<br />
Swivel forks with LLAK series top plate are made in heavy duty welded steel construction.<br />
The swivel head is equipped with a precision axial ball bearing (DIN 711/ISO 104) and a<br />
tapered roller bearing (DIN 720/ISO 355). Although the bearings are greased for life, they can<br />
be additionally greased with the grease nipple. The swivel head and the yoke are bolted and<br />
secured by a cross-linking, the swivel fork is yellow chromatised.<br />
Wheels of the serie PE are made of a one-piece aluminum die cast <strong>wheel</strong> centre with a<br />
vulcanized polyurethane Wicke - Topthane® 92 Shore A tyre. The Topthane® tyre is bonded<br />
to the <strong>wheel</strong> centre with a special bonding agent. The tyre is abrasion resistant with low<br />
starting and rolling resistance. The tyre is cut proof and has good tear strength. The <strong>wheel</strong>s are<br />
with ball bearings.<br />

Les chapes avec platine de la série LLAK sont produites en acier mécano soudé charges<br />
lourdes. Dans la tête de pivotement, il y a un roulement à billes axial et un roulement à<br />
rouleaux conique. Même si les roulements sont déjà graissés à vie ils peuvent aussi être<br />
graissés avec un graisseur. La tête de pivotement et la chape sont boulonnées et sécurisées<br />
par un point de soudure, la chape est jaune chromatée.<br />
Les roues de la série PE sont produites d’une jante en monobloc aluminium moulé sous<br />
pression avec un bandage vulcanisé en Polyurethane Wicke - Tophane® 92 Shore A . Le<br />
bandage Topthane® est adhérisé sur la jante par un adhésif spécial. Le bandage est résistant à<br />
l’abrasion avec faible résistance au démarrage et au roulement. Le bandage est ferme avec une<br />
bonne résistance à la déchirure. Les roues sont équipées avec des roulements à billes.<br />
