Stahlblechgehäuse mit Plattenbefestigung. Gabelkopf mit zweifachem Kugelkranz und
mit gehärteten Lagerschalen. Die gefetteten Kugelbahnen sind mit Dichtringen gegen
das Eindringen von Schmutz und Staub geschützt sind. Die Grundplatte wird fest mit dem
Gabelteil verschraubt und gesichert, dabei achten wir auf geringes Spiel im Gabelkopf bei
möglichst hoher Leichtgängigkeit. Bei der Serie wird die Last über ein Federpaket, bestehend
aus Stahl-Druckfeder und Elastomer - Federelement aufgenommen. Die Federkräfte
können durch andere Federpakete auf Kundenwunsch variiert werden.
Räder der Serie PE bestehen aus einer einteiligen Aluminium-Druckgrussfelge auf die ein
Polyurethanreifen, Wicke - Topthane® 92 Shore A, aufgegossen wird. Der mit einem
speziellen Haftvermittler mit der Felge verbundene Topthane® Reifen ist abriebfest, hat
geringe Roll- und Anfahrwiderstände. Der Reifen ist schnittfest mit sehr guten Werten in
Reißfestigkeit und Weiterreißfestigkeit. Die Räder sind mit Rillenkugellagern ausgestattet.
Steel swivel forks with top plate. In the swivel head, there is a hardened and sealed double
ball race with greased ball race channels and sealing as a protection against dust and dirt. The
top plate with four bolt holes is directly bolted to the yoke and secured to ensure smooth
movement with minimal tolerances in the swivel head. The load is absorbed with a spring
package, existing of a steel spring and an elastomer spring element. The spring forces can be
changed on customers demand by assembling other spring packages.
Wheels of the serie PE are made of a one-piece aluminum die cast wheel centre with a
vulcanized polyurethane Wicke - Topthane® 92 Shore A tyre. The Topthane® tyre is bonded
to the wheel centre with a special bonding agent. The tyre is abrasion resistant with low
starting and rolling resistance. The tyre is cut proof and has good tear strength. The wheels are
with ball bearings.

Les chapes avec platine de la série LG sont produites en tôle d’acier renforcé emboutie et
zinguée après. Dans la tête de pivotement, il y a une doublée rangée de billes renforcées avec
des rangée de billes graissées et joint comme protection contre saleté et poussière. La platine
avec quatre trous de fixation est boulonnée directement avec la chape pour assurer une
manœuvrabilité et robustesse.La charge est absorbée par un systeme de suspension, compose
d’un ressort et un tampon amortisseur en élastomère. La force et résistance des ressorts peut
être modifiée sur demande clients avec d autres système de suspension.
Les roues de la série PE sont produites d’une jante en monobloc aluminium moulé sous
pression avec un bandage vulcanisé en Polyurethane Wicke - Tophane® 92 Shore A . Le
bandage Topthane® est adhérisé sur la jante par un adhésif spécial. Le bandage est résistant à
l’abrasion avec faible résistance au démarrage et au roulement. Le bandage est ferme avec une
bonne résistance à la déchirure. Les roues sont équipées avec des roulements à billes.
