Die Grundplatte wird fest mit dem Gabelteil vernietet, dabei achten wir auf geringes Spiel
im Gabelkopf bei hoher Leichtgängigkeit. Die Serie R ist für handverschobene Tragfähigkeiten
bis 300 kg geeignet.

Räder der Serie UE bestehen aus einer einteiligen Aluminiumfelge, auf die ein weicher
Polyurethanreifen, Wicke - Greythane® 75 Shore A, aufgegossen wird. Der mit einem
speziellen Haftvermittler mit der Felge verbundene Greyhane® Reifen ist abriebfest, hat
geringe Roll- und Anfahrwiderstände, sehr gute Traktionseigenschaften und fährt extrem
geräuscharm. Der Reifen ist schnittfest mit sehr guten Werten in Reißfestigkeit und
Weiterreißfestigkeit. Die Räder sind Rillenkugellager ausgestattet.
Steel swivel forks with single bolt hole. Swivel head with double ball race. The top plate with
single bolt hole is directly riveted to the fork to ensure smooth movement with minimal
tolerances in the swivel head. The series R is suitable for manually moved loads up to 300 kg.
Wheels of the serie UE are made of a one-piece aluminum die cast wheel centre with a
vulcanized hard polyurethane Wicke - Greythane® 75 Shore A tyre. The Greythane® tyre is
bonded to the wheel centre with a special bonding agent. The tyre is abrasion resistant with
low starting and rolling resistance, good traction features and is quiet running. The tyre is cut
proof and has good tear strength. The wheels are with ball bearings.

Les chapes à œil de la série R sont produites en tôle d’acier emboutie et zinguée. Tête de
pivotement avec double couronne de billes. La platine à œil est directement emboutie
avec la chape pour assurer un pivotement optimal avec un minimum de jeu dans la tête de
pivotement. La série R est conseillée pour manutention manuelle jusqu ‘ à 300 kg / roulette.
Les roues de la série UE sont produites d’une jante en monobloc aluminium moulé sous
pression avec un bandage vulcanisé en Polyuréthane souple Wicke -Greythane® 75 Shore
A. Le bandage Greythane® est adhérisé avec la jante par un adhésif spécial. Le bandage est
resistant à l’abrasion avec très faibles résistances au démarrage et au roulement, bonnes
propriétés de traction et un tres bon roulage. Le bandage est ferme avec une bonne résistance
à la déchirure. Les roues sont équipées avec des roulements à billes.
