Lenkgabeln mit Plattenbefestigung der Serie LAK sind Stahlschweißkonstruktionen in<br />
superschwerer Ausführung. Der Drehkranz im Gabelkopf ist mit einem Axialrillenkugellager<br />
(DIN 711/ISO 104) und Kegelrollenlager (DIN 720/ISO 355) zweifach gelagert.<br />
Die Lager sind zwar lebensdauergeschmiert, können aber zusätzlich noch über einen<br />
Schmiernippel bei Bedarf nachgeschmiert werden. Gabelteil und Gabelkopf sind mit<br />
einem sehr robusten Mittelbolzen verschraubt und per Schweißpunkt gesichert, die Gabel<br />
ist gelbchromatiert.<br />
Räder der Serie TG bestehen aus einer Gussfelge aus hochwertigem Grauguss, auf die ein<br />
weicher Polyurethanreifen, Wicke - Redthane® 75 Shore A, aufgegossen wird. Der mit<br />
einem speziellen Haftvermittler mit der Felge verbundene Redthane® Reifen ist abriebfest,<br />
hat geringe Roll- und Anfahrwiderstände, sehr gute Traktionseigenschaften und fährt<br />
extrem geräuscharm. Der Reifen ist schnittfest mit sehr guten Werten in Reißfestigkeit<br />
und Weiterreißfestigkeit. Die Räder sind mit einem Rillenkugellager ausgestattet.<br />
Swivel forks with LAK series top plate are made in extra heavy duty welded steel construction.<br />
The swivel head is equipped with a precision axial ball bearing (DIN 711/ISO 104) and a<br />
tapered roller bearing (DIN 720/ISO 355). Although the bearings are greased for life, they can<br />
be additionally greased with the grease nipple. The swivel head and the yoke are bolted and<br />
secured with a welding point, the swivel fork is yellow chromatised.<br />
Wheels of the series TG are made of a high quality grey cast iron <strong>wheel</strong> centre with a<br />
vulcanised soft polyurethane Wicke - Redthane® 75 Shore A tyre. The Redthane® tyre is<br />
bonded to the <strong>wheel</strong> centre with a special bonding agent. The tyre is abrasion resistant with<br />
low starting and rolling resistance, very good traction features and is extremely quiet running.<br />
The tyre is cut proof and has good tear strength. The <strong>wheel</strong>s are with ball bearings.<br />

Les chapes avec platine de la série LAK sont produites en acier mécano soudé extra charges<br />
lourdes. Dans la tête de pivotement, il y a un roulement à billes axial et un roulement à<br />
rouleaux conique. Même si les roulements sont déjà graissés à vie ils peuvent aussi être<br />
graissés avec un graisseur. La tête de pivotement et la chape sont boulonnées et sécurisées<br />
par un point de soudure, la chape est jaune chromatée.<br />
Les roues de la série TG sont fabriquées à partir d’une jante fonte de haute qualité avec un<br />
bandage polyuréthane vulcanisé en Wicke - Redthane® 75 Shore A. Le bandage Redthane®<br />
est adhérisé sur la jante avec un adhésif spécial. Le bandage est résistant à l’abrasion avec de<br />
faibles résistances au démarrage et au roulement, de très bonnes propriétés de traction et un<br />
roulage très silencieux. Le bandage est ferme avec une bonne résistance à la déchirure. Les<br />
roues sont équipées avec des roulements à billes.<br />
