Lenkgabeln mit Plattenbefestigung der Serie LLAK sind Stahlschweißkonstruktionen in<br />
schwerer Ausführung. Der Drehkranz im Gabelkopf ist mit einem Axialrillenkugellager<br />
(DIN 711/ISO 104) und Kegelrollenlager (DIN 720/ISO 355) zweifach gelagert. Die Lager<br />
sind zwar lebensdauergeschmiert, können aber zusätzlich noch über einen Schmiernippel<br />
bei Bedarf nachgeschmiert werden. Gabelteil und Gabelkopf sind mit einem<br />
sehr robusten Mittelbolzen verschraubt und durch Vernietung gesichert, die Gabel ist<br />
gelbchromatiert.<br />
Räder der Serie SEB sind Räder mit Reifen aus vulkanisiertem Elastik-Gummi mit drei<br />
Komponenten auf einer verzinkten Stahlblechfelge. Die Reifen sind mit Rillen- (RIB) und<br />
Blockprofil (LUG) lieferbar und die Räder sind mit Rillenkugellager ausgestattet. Die Räder<br />
der Serie SEB sind bei Temperaturen von -25°C bis 80°C einsetzbar.<br />
Swivel forks with LLAK series top plate are made in heavy duty welded steel construction.<br />
The swivel head is equipped with a precision axial ball bearing (DIN 711/ISO 104) and a<br />
tapered roller bearing (DIN 720/ISO 355). Although the bearings are greased for life, they can<br />
be additionally greased with the grease nipple. The swivel head and the yoke are bolted and<br />
secured by a cross-linking, the swivel fork is yellow chromatised.<br />
The <strong>wheel</strong>s of series SEB are <strong>wheel</strong>s with vulcanised elastic rubber 3 component tyre on a<br />
galvanized pressed steel rim. The <strong>wheel</strong>s are available with line (RIB) or block profile (LUG)<br />
and are equipped with roller or ball bearings. The series GBL is suitable for applications for a<br />
temperature range of -25° up to +80°C.<br />

Les chapes avec platine de la série LLAK sont produites en acier mécano soudé charges<br />
lourdes. Dans la tête de pivotement, il y a un roulement à billes axial et un roulement à<br />
rouleaux conique. Même si les roulements sont déjà graissés à vie ils peuvent aussi être<br />
graissés avec un graisseur. La tête de pivotement et la chape sont boulonnées et sécurisées<br />
par un point de soudure, la chape est jaune chromatée.<br />
Les roues de la série SEB sont des bandages pneumatiques pleins caoutchouc super élastique<br />
- 3 couches – assemblé sur des jantes en tôle d’acier galvanisé. Les bandages sont à profil<br />
ligné (RIB) ou cranté (LUG). Les roues sont équipées de moyeu à roulements à billes. Elles sont<br />
résistantes à des température de -25°C à + 80°C.<br />
