Lenkgabeln mit Plattenbefestigung der Serie LAK sind Stahlschweißkonstruktionen in
superschwerer Ausführung. Der Drehkranz im Gabelkopf ist mit einem Axialrillenkugellager
(DIN 711/ISO 104) und Kegelrollenlager (DIN 720/ISO 355) zweifach gelagert.
Die Lager sind zwar lebensdauergeschmiert, können aber zusätzlich noch über einen
Schmiernippel bei Bedarf nachgeschmiert werden. Gabelteil und Gabelkopf sind mit
einem sehr robusten Mittelbolzen verschraubt und per Schweißpunkt gesichert, die Gabel
ist gelbchromatiert.
Räder der Serie KS sind gespritzte Kunststoffräder aus hochwertigem Polyamid PA 6 in
Farbe natur (weiß) in schwerer Ausführung. Die Räder sind wahlweise mit Gleit- oder
Rillenkugellager lieferbar.
Swivel forks with LAK series top plate are made in extra heavy duty welded steel construction.
The swivel head is equipped with a precision axial ball bearing (DIN 711/ISO 104) and a
tapered roller bearing (DIN 720/ISO 355). Although the bearings are greased for life, they can
be additionally greased with the grease nipple. The swivel head and the yoke are bolted and
secured with a welding point, the swivel fork is yellow chromatised.
The wheels of the series KS are heavy duty die casted wheels made of high quality Polyamide
PA 6 in natural colour (white). The wheels are available with plain bearing or with ball bearing.

A
Les chapes avec platine de la série LAK sont produites en acier mécano soudé extra charges
lourdes. Dans la tête de pivotement, il y a un roulement à billes axial et un roulement à
rouleaux conique. Même si les roulements sont déjà graissés à vie ils peuvent aussi être
graissés avec un graisseur. La tête de pivotement et la chape sont boulonnées et sécurisées
par un point de soudure, la chape est jaune chromatée.
Les roues de la série KS sont des roues injectées en monobloc fabriqué en Polyamide PA 6
de haute qualité en couleur nature (blanc) pour charges lourdes. Les roues sont livrables avec
roulement lisse ou roulement à billes.
