Rostfreies Stahlblechgehäuse aus dem Werkstoff 1.4301 mit Plattenbefestigung. Gabelkopf
mit zweifachem Kugelkranz und Dichtring gegen das Eindringen von Schmutz
und Staub. Die Grundplatte wird fest mit dem Gabelteil vernietet, dabei achten wir auf
geringes Spiel im Gabelkopf bei hoher Leichtgängigkeit. Die Serie LI ist für handverschobene
Tragfähigkeiten bis 400 kg geeignet.
Räder der Serie GFK sind gespritzte Kunststoffräder aus hochwertigem Polyamid PA 6 mit
Glasfiber. Die Räder haben einen leichten Lauf bei glatten Böden, sind bruchsicher bei
hoher Belastung und weitgehend beständig gegen Salzwasser, Laugen und Säuren. GFK
ist bei Temperaturen von -40°C bis +180°C einsetzbar. Alle Radachsen sind verschraubt in
rostfreier Ausführung.
Stainless steel swivel forks with top plate in material quality 1.4301. Swivel head with double
ball race which is sealed to protect against dust and dirt. The top plate with four bolt holes is
directly riveted to the fork to ensure smooth movement with minimal tolerances in the swivel
head. The series LI is suitable for manually moved loads up to 400 kg.
GFK series wheels are die casted one piece wheels made of high quality Polyamide PA 6
with glassfibre. They have a low rolling resistance on smooth floors, are unbreakable under
high loads and are highly resistant to salt water, detergents and acids. GFK is suitable for
temperatures between -40°C and +180°C. All wheel axles are bolted in the stainless steel
version.

Chapes avec platine en Inox qualité 1.4301. Tête de pivotement avec double couronne et joint
de protection contre la saleté et la poussière. La platine quatre trous de fixation est emboutie
directement avec la chape pour assurer une pivotement optimal avec un minimum de jeu
dans la tête de pivotement. La série LI est conseillée pour manutention manuelle jusqu ‘ à
400 kg / roulette.
Les roues de la série GFK sont des roues en Polyamide PA 6 injectées monobloc chargé fibre
de verre de haute qualité. Elles permettent un roulage facile sur sol lisse, sont incassable
même sous charges lourdes et résistantes à l’eau saline, aux détergents et acides. Résistance
Thermique -40°C / + 180°C. axes Inox boulonnés.
