OH cover artist, Hannah Forward is an artist and<br />
printmaker who works from her studio in Hove. She<br />
A studied graphic design at Brighton University before<br />
becoming a full-time printmaker in 2018. Her work captures<br />
everyday events and artefacts of modern life, with particular<br />
attention to social events and personal pastimes. Using vivid<br />
colours and bold shapes she creates detailed, textured prints<br />
which have a sense of movement and strong graphic quality.<br />
Last year Hannah’s linocut print ‘Cassette Tapes’ (opposite)<br />
was selected for the 250th Royal Academy Summer<br />
Exhibition, curated by Grayson Perry. She was one of three<br />
artists chosen by the BBC to be filmed for their documentary<br />
about the RA Summer Show. After being selected, the entire<br />
edition of ‘Cassette Tapes’ sold out at the private view.<br />
