Lake Ferguson (or Tasersuatsiaq in <strong>Greenland</strong>ic) is<br />
a 2x5 km source of fresh water for Kangerlussuaq.<br />
Oftentimes, musk ox herds can be seen east of the<br />
lake, i.e. the opposite side of Roklubben. A few Great<br />
Northern Divers can sometimes be seen – and heard<br />
– on the lake near the restaurant.<br />
THE RESTAURANT<br />
For years, tourists and locals have flocked<br />
to the relaxed atmosphere of Restaurant<br />
Roklubben to enjoy the surroundings and<br />
sample some of the best fare that<br />
<strong>Greenland</strong>ic cuisine has to offer.<br />
Restaurant Roklubben rotates their menu<br />
with each season, thereby serving you the<br />
freshest local ingredients and traditional<br />
dishes year-round.<br />

Availability: Weekdays, 1 Feb. to 30 Nov.<br />
GREENLANDIC BUFFET: This <strong>Greenland</strong>ic<br />
buffet feast includes an incredible selection<br />
of many different dishes, which are almost<br />
entirely prepared from <strong>Greenland</strong>ic products.<br />
Please note, the buffet must be ordered in<br />
advance.<br />
EXAMPLES of the menu selections; shrimp,<br />
fish, smoked musk ox and reindeer, mattak,<br />
scallops, fried musk ox, reindeer, homemade<br />
cake and much more.<br />

GROUP DINING: We offer a variety of<br />
complete meal service options for groups,<br />
including a sandwich lunch and 2- or<br />
3-course evening menu.<br />

TRANSPORTATION<br />
Transportation to and from Restaurant<br />
Roklubben is done by bus from Kangerlussuaq.<br />
DEPARTURE: times vary depending on the<br />
season. The bus is free of charge.<br />
