Pastor Barri Evans...
Dear Orchard Family,
This is an exciting time in the history of theORCHARDchurch! In May 2019, we will CELEBRATE the successful end of
our first church campaign, HIS VISION | OUR PURPOSE. When we kicked off HV | OP in May 2017, we had a deficit in
the bank and a dark cloud over our church. Now, we have a renewed sense of purpose and are moving forward.
I am excited to announce that God's blessings for theORCHARDchurch family and community have been so abundant
and overflowing, we are now in need of a larger church home. What an incredible dilemma to have! This is a
testimony to the power of God - Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your
plans."
A larger campus will allow our church to continue to develop the abundant blessings we have seen these past two
years. After prayerful consideration, we have decided to begin a new 3-year campaign, titled BUILD TO SERVE. With
this campaign, we have committed to raise the resources we will need to construct our future home.
God has blessed all of us at theORCHARDchurch with amazing gifts. I encourage you to seek out ways you can invest
in the BUILD TO SERVE Campaign. Whether it be with time, funds, special talents, or in prayer, your contribution is
valued and important. As 2 Corinthians 9:7 says, "Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly
or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver." Please join me in praying over this campaign and in continuing
to serve our community.

The FUTURE of
theORCHARDchurch
is GROWING.
Over the next 3 years, 2019-2022, the BUILD TO SERVE
Campaign will focus our attentions on dedicating
resources toward the new home of theORCHARDchurch.
As a church, we will prayerfully seek God’s will for
our new home, trusting that He will direct us in this
search. The Site Committee has been established to
assess our options for a new location. They will be
considering either building a new facility or adapting
an existing one.
A church is not a building - it is the body of
believers that gather together to fellowship, worship,
and serve. The 6 Pillars that form the foundation of
theORCHARDchurch will provide direction during the
construction or acquisition of a new facility to house
our ministries. A renewed commitment to faithful
giving will be fundamental in achieving our goals.
