10 minutes for posture 

That is what is needed to fulfill a fitness plan aimed 

at improving posture. Performing it 3 times a week, 

you will forget about back problems.

1. LIFTING LEGS TO CHEST 

Lean against the door or against 

the wall without plinth so that 

your back of the head, the 

shoulder blades, buttocks and 

heels are pressed tightly against 

its surface. Holding this position, 

pull the right knee to the chest. 

Hold this position for 30 seconds, 

then change your leg and repeat 

the exercise..

2. "PLOW" 

Lie on your stomach and stretch your arms forward. Slowly 

bend in the lower back and stay in this position for 30- 

40 seconds. Take a break for 10 seconds and repeat the 

exercise.

3. SQUAT BY THE WALL 

Cuddling the back of the head, 

shoulder blades, buttocks 

and heels against the wall, do 

squats for 1 minute. Take a rest 

10 - 15 seconds and repeat the 

exercise. Movement is smooth, 

do not rush.

4. "CAT" 

Get on all fours and bend over, lifting your head up. Hold 

this position for 30 seconds. Slowly round the back, head 

bowed down. Repeat the exercise at least 4 times.

5. ELONGATION 

Grasp the door jamb and try to 

stretch out to its full height. If the 

doorway is low, rest your fingers 

on the wall over the doorway. Hold 

this position for 1 minute, take a 

few seconds, and then repeat the 

exercise.

6. FLEXURES 

Stand straight, feet shoulderwidth 

apart, hands behind 

the waist are clenched into 

fists. Gently bend over in 

the lower back. Hold this 

position for 30 seconds, then 

straighten up and repeat the 

exercise. Do not bend too 

much.

September 29, 2018 in the Crimea 

(Simferopol) held a children's 

beauty contest and talent Kids 

Models Show Autumn 2018. 

The project was supported by 

Model Agency and by school of 

models "IMAGES OF RUSSIA" ®, 

the city of Samara, as well as by 

International Model Agency NOVIT 

MODELS Int, which works with 

models all over the world. 

The official representative in the 

Crimea - Anna Burina. 

At the "Kids Models Show" 

Autumn 2018, young models from 

Simferopol, Evpatoria, Sochi, Yalta, 

Sevastopol and Krasnoperekopsk 

showed their creativity. 

Each output of young models is 

a mini-performance with its own 

music and costumes. 

Kids Models Show was held in the 

form of a beauty contest and 

talent, the purpose of which is 

to help discover, see new faces, 

show the peculiarity and originality 

of every little person, show and tell 

about fashionable and talented 

children, not only in Crimea, but 

also beyond.
