Miyako Arata is newly assigned to the Shinjuku
Ward Office’s Nighttime Regional Relations
Department. Each of Tōkyō’s 23 wards has
one such department, established to mitigate
paranormal and occult-related events. Arata’s
special skill is the understanding of non-human
speech, and the story begins with him encountering
a yōkai at Shinjuku Gyo-en park who refers to him
as the legendary Heian-era exorcist, Abe no Seimei.

Shaka Nyorai and saved the world. It’s currently
the latter age of decadence. Mara, the worry once
tried to destroy Shaka’s enlightenment. A team
called the Thirteen Buddhas fight against Mara
to protect people from worries.

One day, a city suddenly disappears. Takuya, a

wolf, meets Yuki, the only survivor from the

and head toward the disappeared city, Lost.
Unexpected obstacles strike before the pair with
reality shocking for Yuki. Takuya and Yuki, who
both were initially strangers, would deepen their
bond during the journey and unravel the mystery
of Lost City.

In this world, fairies possess and reside within
animals, granting them special powers. By
transplanting the organs of a possessed animal
into a human, partially summon the fairy and
use it as a weapon. Such individuals were called
“Fairy Soldiers.” After a long war, these soldiers
lost their purpose, and had to reintegrate into
society. The story begins nine years after the end
of the war where Fairy Soldiers are seeking their
own justice in a chaotic postwar world.

Neo Tōkyō, the year Galaxy Century 0051,
humans have obtained super light-speed navigation
technology. In-debt freelance reporter Robby Yarge
has had a streak of bad luck. When his bag is
stolen, Robby meets Hatchi Kita, who returns
his property. The two part ways, but Hatchi
eventually turns up this time as a debt collector
for a loan shark. A cat-and-mouse chase begins
only to discover Hatchi hiding inside his spaceship.
They decide to travel across the galaxy
together in search of Isekandar, a legendary
planet that is said to bring happiness.
