Stenhøj Mono
Centre-ram underground lifts
The Mono program is a comprehensive and flexible
program; comprising lifts with superstructures, arms
or platforms. All Mono lifts are available in either semihydraulic
or high pressure versions. The Mono lifts are
especially suitable for service, body work, brakes/
wheels, paint shops, lubrication, washing and underbody
sealing. All Mono lifts have lifting capacities of
3 t; with the exception of the Mono Flex H which is
also available with 5 t capacity.

Stenhøj Mono Flex 30 & 50
Mono Flex H 30 is delivered with flat H-support, and can also
be used as lifting unit for chassis alignment benches.
S = screw pad
C = combi pad
CF = combiflex pad An extensive program of pads –
e.g. U and fix pads.
The central part of the Mono Flex U 30 is recessed 260 mm. A
cover plate automatically covers the hole between arms, when
lift is in bottom position.

• very low minimum height – only 105 mm
• easy access for cars with spoilers and
skirts

Mono Quick & Fix 30
Mono Quick 30 is suitable for almost all kinds of repair jobs. Mono Quick 30 is delivered with adjustable H-superstructure.
Mono Fix 30 is delivered with fixed H-superstructure.

• extension length 1400-2000 mm
• is delivered as standard with rubber pads

Micro 20 – 2 t scissor jack

Stenhøj offers 1335
mm long ramps.

Stenhøj Mono
The hydraulic principle:
Semi-hydraulic lift:
Opening of the control valve allows compressed air
to flow into the cylinder piston, and the lift rises.
Necessary air pressure: 10 bar.
High pressure lift:
Pushing the UP-button allows the oil to flow into a
high pressure cylinder in the lift piston, and the lift
rises. Only a small quantity of oil is required, and
the lift is not dependent on the supply of compressed
air in the workshop.

Corrosion-proof surface treatment
All Stenhøj lifts are led through a sling purifying plant (according
to SA2.50 – ISO-Norm 8501-1:1988), dipped in primer, and finally
led through an electro-static powder bake plant.
