LAMIUM hybrid
PINK CHABLIS®
Often grown as a tender perennial, PINK CHABLIS ® provides plenty of
color and texture in areas of shade and sun. Great in combinations or as
a monoculture and the attractive foliage and flowers also work well in
small container production. Heat tolerant with a 14-24" spread in the
landscape.
GROWING TIPS
» Leaf purpling can occur when grown in low-fertility situations or cold
temperatures.
» Very tolerant of cool temperatures, so can be moved outdoors early in the
season once temperatures are above 28° F (-2° C).
» Treat with a preventative broad spectrum fungicidal drench at 1-2 weeks after
transplant. Scout crops regularly (at least once a week) for disease and virus
development.
» All Lamiums are susceptible to downy mildew, scout regularly when
conditions are right for mildew development.
» Good water management practices are critical to healthy plant growth.
» Needs 150–200 ppm N per irrigation.
