Explain how you
have changed
since your first
year at Ryerson.
What is your plan
after graduation?
I have grown and changed so much since
beginning my academic journey at Ryerson.
When I first started attending university, I was
fresh out of high school and had no idea what I
was getting myself into. I was very nervous and
wasn’t sure how to navigate the confusing world
of university. Fast forward to my fourth year, I
have gained so much confidence and knowledge
to the point where I feel I can say with a smile on
my face that I am ready to enter the professional
workforce.
After I graduate from GCM I plan on trying to
combine my upcoming career with my love of
travel. I am so eager to discover the world, but
I am also very eager to start my career. I am
hoping that I can combine the two by moving
outside of Canada and finding employment that
allows me to express myself. Finding a work/
life balance is difficult but I am excited to start a
dynamic and engaging career abroad!
