it be and why?

The most important thing I learned at my
internship is that I should continue doing
something I love. I enjoyed learning at Ryerson,
but applying my knowledge at my internship
was unparalleled. Working every day didn’t feel
like hard work. I believe the more you love what
you do the more motivated and hardworking you
become. If you are passionate, you take an active
interest in learning, which makes for a more
successful career.
Rather than change something about myself,
I would improve one of my weaknesses: public
speaking. I aspire to become more confident
and comfortable under scrutiny. I tend to get
nervous in front of crowds and speak faster than
usual or stumble over my wording. I believe that
improving this will help in all aspects of my life
by enhancing my reputation, boosting my selfconfidence
and open up countless opportunities.
