important thing
you learned from
your internship/
international
exchange?
If you could change
one thing about
yourself, what would
it be and why?
The most important thing I learned from my
internship was that having a cohesive and
efficient plan in place is an important aspect of
ensuring a project is completed successfully.
Having a plan ensures that deadlines will be
met and that things will run more efficiently.
Also, it ensures that everyone working on the
project will be on the same page when it comes
to completing the project. Good planning is the
key to completing a successful project.
If I could change one thing about myself, it
would be to not overthink everything. It is good
to pay attention to the small details of a project
and even worry about certain aspects, but
becoming fixated on one thing will prevent you
from seeing other things that you could not see
before, and even prevent you from seeing the
bigger picture. This is something I’m currently
still working on and have been able to make
enormous amounts of progress, but it is a trait
I’m still looking to improve on.
