What is the most
important thing
you learned from
your internship/
international
exchange?
My internship at Cobalt Graphics didn’t just
teach me one thing, it taught me many. Most
importantly, it taught me to be passionate
about the print industry and also gave me
a vision for my future. It gave me a deeper
understanding of who I want to become. The
real world in the industry is different but every
day you’re going to face new situations and
grow. I learned how to give the best customer
service, and how it feels to have a chain of
happy customers who won’t let print die.
What is your plan
after graduation?
K
I am extremely passionate about graphic design.
I want to create, I want to use colour, and I want
to really make something. Yes, graphic design
is becoming digital but I also want to be that
designer that makes print come alive just as
well. I want to have that job where experience
is unlimited. I want to be a part of something
where I can design not just to make profits but
also because I just Iove what I’ll be doing. I want
to take everything I’ve learned in all these years
in school and when I walk into work I can say
yes I remember this. Experience is unlimited,
experience is never-ending.
