What is the most
important thing
you learned from
your internship/
international
exchange?
I learned how crucial communication is during
my internship. If it’s with coworkers or with
an outside company; communication on any
level is important to ensure that a project
runs smoothly. I do my best in every situation
to hear everyone’s ideas as well as express
my own. When working with clients I ask as
many questions as I can to be certain that all
their needs will be met and that any potential
problems can be solved before they happen.

If you could change
one thing about
yourself, what would
it be and why?
I care a lot about any project I am a part of
and am often quick to react. This is because I
am so passionate about my work and this can
often help me be efficient and think on the spot.
However, it can also impede me from thinking
thoroughly. Over the years I have tried to
combat this by listening to others for longer
and taking the time to write out ideas or talk
through them with others before reacting.
