Generally, the MiiHome structures achieve
“roof on” and “lock up” within weeks of
commencement of a flatpack house and within
a few days for a Morphouse.
DESIgN
Using MiiHome’s advanced computer modeling
technology and in-house architects, MiiHome
can custom design the layout of each dwelling
to suit their clients specific requirements.
TRANSPORT
An entire MiiHome house can be flatpacked
and easily transported to the site in “bales”
within a standard shipping container or in the
case of a Morphouse, transported as a shipping
container module. This makes them viable in
any location accessible by road, rail, sea or air.
cONSTRUcTION
As MiiHome construction remains a precise
step-by-step process, predominantly unskilled
labour can be utilised to build and assemble
the houses. There is limited need for extensive
tools onsite. A cordless drill and magnetic
level constitute 90% of the tools required to
assemble the entire building.

need and the whole structure can be easily
extended at a later date if required.
MiiHome relocatable homes are available
in 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom designs that can be
distributed and installed quickly to accommodate
individuals, families or entire communities.
