A Mother NEVER GOES OUT OF STYLE
In many languages the word mum/mama is
pretty much the same. No one truly knows
where it derives from however the word ‘mama’
was first written in 1707 and according to the
Oxford English Dictionary in the 13th century the
word ‘mome’ meant ‘an aunt, old lady’. I say this
because Mother’s Day should be universal.
Whether you are celebrating with your mother,
grandmother, aunt or anyone in your life that has
been in any way sort of mother figure, let them
know you love them.
