Blue Cheese Melts On Tiger Bread and the
Houmous, Tapenade, Roasted Vegetables,
Tomatoes & Curried Bread. It was a feast
fit for a king with the freshest and highest
quality ingredients.
To finish, I just had to try the
Chocolate Mousse (that was
still getting echoes of praise
from around the room). To
back up the gentleman
behind me, it was the best
chocolate mousse I’d had,
complete with a surprise
cherry at the bottom of the
dish.
At the end of the meal we were
lucky enough to meet head chef,
Maria. She had a real enthusiasm for food and
absolutely loved her job at The Swan.
As things were winding down for the evening,
we retired to our room. After a cup of coffee
and with a book in hand from the well stocked
‘in room’ library we enjoyed some much
