Elected Member Training and Development Elected Member Training and Development Plan 2017/2018 Council conducted training in accordance with a structured Elected Member Training and Development Plan during the year. Council’s training and development plan was structured in 2 parts: »» Council training sessions – Group training specifically designed for Campbelltown City Council »» Individual’s training – Training identified by individual Members to suit their own professional development needs in association with their Elected Member roles. Leading Campbelltown (an intensive Elected Member training program) was conducted on 15 December 2017. Training was conducted on a range of legislative, corporate and financial governance topics; external presentations by the Equal Opportunities Commission, Eastern Health Authority and BRM Holdich were a highlight.
