Standard version: Translucent (Opal) twin‐walled fine fluted Correx polypropylene carcase 3.5
thk. (700g/sq.m). Impact and water resistant.
Can be 100% recycled after use. (Resin Identification Code 5).
Complete with colour matching handles, edge extrusions and two clear
business card size pockets in landscape format.

Delivered flat, sides pushed to box shape and bottom flaps to form base
clips into position. Directions are printed on flaps

face above. Art work to be supplied. Min quantity of 1,000.

Box is dimensionally co‐ordinated for transfer to from cabinet to pedestal to move crate to take the stress
out of hot‐desking or relocation. When unused it folds flat.

Lids – Extruded black plastic that clip to carcase ‐ secured with cable tie.
Sample boxes and accessories can be provided on request for client presentations,
purchasing decisions and to establish fitness for purpose.

Manufacture
Recycling
All components are sourced from UK suppliers and assembled by specialists in
Scarborough (UK)
Carcase – made from 100% polypropylene and is fully recyclable
Handles – made from 100% polypropylene and is fully recyclable
Trim – Made from 100% UPVC and is fully recyclable
Wire hoops – Made from 100% recycled steel and is further recyclable
NB: Whilst polypropylene and UPVC is recyclable, the user would need to
check with their disposal company to ensure they accept all plastic materials
Warranty
12 months replacement where materials or faulty workmanship is evident.
Estimated life up to 15 years (according to use)
Cleaning
Wipe clean with soapy cloth and dry. Do not use solvents as it could harm the
surface or printing.
Shipping:
UK: From our managed warehouse in East London – packed, palleted and
despatched. Delivered by our own transport, or specialist delivery agents to all
locations within the UK.
International deliveries and Chanel Islands: by palleted air‐freight.
By individual quotation.
Smaartbox is EORI Registered.
Goods are ‘tailgate’ delivery (to customer’s premises loading bay) unless alternative is
specifically requested.
All consignments are fully insured during transit to destination.
We are experienced in shipping to EU nations, USA, Canada, Far East,
South Africa and Australia.

The Correx Twinwall product is not considered dangerous under EEC directive
67/548/EEC and does not need to be labelled.

Under no circumstances Smaartbox products be copied without the express consent
of Smaartbox Limited, the product designer, sole manufacture and distributor.
