Losing weight can be challenging, but we are here to help. The <strong>YMCA</strong>'s Healthy Weight Loss <strong>Program</strong> empowers you to<br />

lose weight by making small, modest changes and forming healthy habits that you can sustain over time. Led by a<br />

trained facilitator who creates a safe and supportive environment, the program meets one hour per week for 12<br />

weeks. We do not advocate for specific or restrictive short-term solutions—we help you build skills for successful<br />

lifestyle changes. From reducing your risk of heart disease, strokes and the development of some cancers to<br />

increasing your energy level, strengthening your immune system and even relieving back and joint tension, the<br />

benefits of maintaining a healthy weight are literally life-saving.<br />
