Preschool Stage 3: Water Stamina<br />
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday<br />

Prerequisite: Completion of Stage 2. For Preschool age children who can swim 10 yards unassisted with their face in<br />
the water and without a flotation device. In stage 3 students learn how to swim safely from a longer distance and<br />
also rhythmic breathing and integrated arm and leg action.<br />

the water and without a flotation device. Having mastered the fundamentals, students learn additional water safety<br />
skills and build stroke technique.<br />
