Positioning
As the leading partner of the event you will receive the maximum exposure at the event to promote your brand
and expertise in the field. There is only one lead partner at the event – so you will get an exclusive opportunity
to stand out and to present your company to the audience.
Package Details
• You will have a leading role within the conference agenda where you will have the opportunity to join a
high-profile session of your choice as a speaker, and /or a moderator, and/or a discussion panellist.
(subject to conference director’s approval)
• Your corporate logo, company profile and your speaker details will have premier positioning on the
event website and in all marketing brochures, adverts and e-shots.
• Your corporate logo will be highlighted in prime position on each of the announcement in our extensive
marketing campaign, directed to approximately 10,000-20,000 named individuals who form a defined
target audience within this market.
• You will receive five complimentary delegate tickets for the entire event.
• You will be offered an unlimited number of additional delegate places at a 25% discount. (Discounts will
not apply to delegates who have already booked as a result of Lynx2Market’ marketing activity.)
• Your company logo will feature prominently in the premier position on the event stage banner. This
benefit is offered exclusively to premier, lead partners and sponsors
• Your company logo and profile will have prime positioning on the event app.
• Your company logo will feature on an individual slide, which will be shown on rotation in the conference
room between presentations.
• You will have your own table allocated for 1-2-1 meetings that will be branded with your logo.
• You will be allocated a space in the coffee break and networking area, where you may set up an exhibit
for the entire length of the conference.
• You may provide us with materials and literature that will be displayed/distributed at the conference.
• Your company banner will be strategically displayed in the conference room (must be provided to us).
• Your company logo and profile will feature throughout our marketing campaign, as well as the event’s
web-site with the hyperlink to your corporate page.
