OVERVIEW OF THE SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES
Please note that the suggested packages give a partial overview of the services we can provide and we can
tailor those packages further, offering flexible solutions.
LEADING PARTNER PACKAGE
€15,000 - 18,000+VAT
Positioning
As the leading partner of the event you will receive the maximum exposure at the event to promote your brand
and expertise in the field. There is only one lead partner at the event – so you will get an exclusive opportunity
to stand out and to present your company to the audience.
Package Details
• You will have a leading role within the conference agenda where you will have the opportunity to join a
high-profile session of your choice as a speaker, and /or a moderator, and/or a discussion panellist.
(subject to conference director’s approval)
• Your corporate logo, company profile and your speaker details will have premier positioning on the
event website and in all marketing brochures, adverts and e-shots.
• Your corporate logo will be highlighted in prime position on each of the announcement in our extensive
marketing campaign, directed to approximately 10,000-20,000 named individuals who form a defined
target audience within this market.
• You will receive five complimentary delegate tickets for the entire event.
• You will be offered an unlimited number of additional delegate places at a 25% discount. (Discounts will
not apply to delegates who have already booked as a result of Lynx2Market’ marketing activity.)

KNOWLEDGE PARTNER

Positioning
We may work very closely with you to construct the conference, giving you a platform to broadcast your
expertise.
You may chair the conference and deliver a presentation, or choose to get involved in a number of sessions as
a speaker or a panelist.
Package Details
• Working with the Lynx2Market event director you will have the opportunity to suggest a session, topic
for the programme where you will share your industry knowledge by participating in the programme in
two formats: e.g. either in two sessions as a speaker/panellist or as a speaker/panellist one of the
sessions and as a moderator of the second session.
• Company logo will feature exclusively throughout our marketing campaign as the event’s Knowledge
Partner.
• Your logo will feature in the event app under the heading of ‘Knowledge Partner’.
• We will provide you with 2 (two) complimentary delegate places for the entire event.

• Your industry expert will be invited to join a discussion panel or make a presentation on a topic in which
your company has special insights and experience. This provides an opportunity to share your expertise
with a receptive audience.
• You will be positioned as an event partner and your speaker’s photograph & presentation topic will
feature on the web-site, in the final programme and in the event app.

• You will have your own branded table for 1-2-1 meetings; a time restriction of 30 min per meeting will
not apply to your table
• You will be provided with 2 complimentary delegate places for the entire event and with 6

• The complimentary passes allow full access to the cocktail/dinner reception on the day

provided with a table, 2 chairs, access to Wi-Fi and power.
• Exhibitors are encouraged to use their space innovatively in order to attract traffic. Ideas may be
discussed with a Lynx2Market sponsorship consultant.
