(G.D.D. = Guilt y Drained Disease ? a
downward cycled condition where tiredness
leads to more stress?
? .which leads to more tiredness, which leads
to more stress... and so on.
? . Before long, poor Mom is turning into an
hulked monster, can barely get through the
day, and missing out on her loved ones? all
leading to feeling guilty.
--> Which leads to MORE Stress! Which leads to
more TIREDNESS? and on and on, you get the
picture. Not a fun disease to have!)
? but stress also takes away the BEST part of
you. The loving, understanding, appreciative
YOU.
Just like it did for m y Fat her. Who is t he
great est Man I know.
Who I owe just as much of my success to as my
Mother. Stress made his life rough raising us
and led me to not see the amazing Father he is.
All he did for his kids he loved more than
anything.

That Little girl was wanting to feed her
Contribution internal tank in that story. I?ve
had a pretty high need in that internal tank
too. Although not exactly like that story, I
have been through similar situations.
As your child is becoming their own person
and interacting with the world and finding
their place in it? They are learning it
through their parents.
How a parent interacts with their child
either increases the chances of that
behavior happening again,
Or that child looks to avoid doing that
behavior if it led to pain.
There was an action that Little Girl felt
compelled to do. Nobody had to tell her to
do that. She did it on her own because,
