to feel consistently
better ? more energized
and clear-headed!
And certainly more
EMPOWERED! Like the
breath of LIFE was put back
in her. She felt in control of
her again. Like she was
taking her life back with
one empowering choice
after another.
Within a few months, she
had the energy to return to
a project she put on the
back-burner?
? a children?s book she
was writing in honor of her
father, her daughter?s
grandpa.
So that she might know the
great person he was. For
his love, inspiration, and
guidance, could continue
to live on even though his
soul has passed 7 from his

mortal body.
A project started to keep
true the Promise she
made to him on his
death bed.
A project it tore her soul
apart to not have the
energy to work on.
Not now though!
After reading the final
draft one night with her
daughter? . Her daughter
absolutely LOVED it!
?I love it so much,
Mommy! You did it!
C?mon, let?s celebrate!?
And with that the pair
burst into a
spontaneous, fun, dance
party! It was in that
moment our Mom Hero
realized how far they?d
come.
How close she was to
missing out on moments
like this if she had given
up.
There had been many,
FAR too many times
before were she hadn?t
been able to join her
little girl in having some
fun.
