even remember
the last time she
flashed that smile.
He loved her so
much and wasn?t
going to go down
without a fight! He
pulled inspiration
from her. She was
ever the fighter
herself! (as are
you, Mom Warrior)
Hubs started
digging into coffee
and how it?s
processed and
made. He learned
that if coffee
beans aren?t
grown or
harvested cleanly,
they could have
MOLD.
That mold then
produces toxins
called mycotoxins
that clamp down
on your energy
reserves? slowly
stealing your
energy.
She asked her
doctor about
these toxins, and
again our Mom
Hero was
disappointed.
He knew nothing.
It wasn?t his fault,
he?s so busy and
overloaded as it is.
They don?t have
the time (or
ENERGY!)
themselves to dig
deeper into a

this.
But Mom Hero?s
husband was
becoming quite
the expert though!
He kept passing
along research he
found through the
Vanderbilt
University of
Coffee Studies
(yup, that?s a
University!) ;)
The research was
astounding and
not about to give
up her cherished
coffee, she
switched on over
to a higher quality
brand.
A brand that
doesn?t process
their beans with
large amounts of
MOLD on them.
The higher quality
brand costed
more, sure, but it
lasted even longer
because she didn?t
have to use as
many scoops to
get the same
caffeine jolt from
the cheap,
commercial
brands.
She also made
life-style changes
which included
cleaning up her
pantry and taking
out foods and
drinks loaded with
