The charm
of the jungle
The jungle is synonymous with mystery, and at night, its
mystery is enhanced. When darkness falls, senses are
amplified and the constant buzz of the surrounding wild
becomes an intense symphony of entrancing sounds. The
plants and flowers release their overpowering scents, and the
soft graze of grass beneath one’s feet is ever-enhanced. To
explore the jungle by night is a one-of-a-kind experience. To
fall asleep in this incredible place is unforgettable.
Treehouse Lodge features 11 eco-friendly cabins built 20 metres
from the ground amongst the Amazon treetops. The cabins
are made out of wood with thatched roofs, allowing guests to
convene with the surrounding jungle in a unique and intimate
way. Nonetheless, these simple accommodations still provide
all the comforts one would expect from any top-quality lodge,
which include a private bathroom, clean linens, mosquito nets
installed over each bed, and complete food service.
The excitement begins upon waking, as morning comes with
the sounds of the rising jungle, and each day starts with
the chance to see monkeys and an incredible assortment of
jungle birds in the nearby trees, from your cabin. As the day
continues, participate in one of the many available activities
offered at the lodge: jungle walks, explorations through the
Pacaya Samiria Reserve on boats, piranha fishing, kayaking,
birdwatching, visiting nearby communities, or enjoying the
incredible views from the hotel’s elevated footbridges. In
the evening, rest and relax in your room, or gear up for an
exciting night walk through the jungle in search of nocturnal
wildlife.
Treehouse Lodge
In its desire to protect the environment, Treehouse Lodge uses
solar panels and has a water purifying system that cleans the
Treehouse Lodge
local river water for the use of its guests and the neighbouring
community. Because part of the charm is in sharing the love
for nature and its conservation.
